Rob Dunikoski is a former federal prosecutor with extensive litigation and investigations experience who provides sound advice and counsel on high-stakes matters.

Rob has significant experience representing corporate clients and executives in founder disputes, shareholder actions, privacy litigation, intellectual property and unfair competition cases, and tariff classification and trade matters.  He also has deep experience helping corporations and sophisticated non-profits navigate sensitive investigations, including matters involving executive misconduct, discrimination and retaliation, and trade law (import-export) issues.
